Member Rule
1.Members must not use "MCU" or its variations in their business names, marketing materials, or products without written authorization.
2.Impersonation of MCU staff, partners, or affiliates through branding or verbal/written claims is strictly prohibited.
3.No false association claims (e.g., "MCU Partner", "MCU Certified") unless formally approved by MCU.
4.MCU's logos, trademarks, and copyrighted content may not be replicated or modified for personal/commercial use.
5.Membership privileges will be revoked immediately if MCU's brand reputation is harmed by a member's actions.
6.Do not register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks containing "MCU" without permission.
7.No misleading statements implying MCU’s endorsement of your business (e.g., in proposals, contracts, or advertisements).
8.All member-created content mentioning MCU must be pre-approved by the MCU Brand Management Team.
9.Violators will compensate MCU for all financial/reputational losses caused by unauthorized brand usage.
10.By joining, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms under Hong Kong Trademark Laws.
